Temp-Perm Construction Administrator

The Construction Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office and assisting the Construction Directors PA iwith the admin on behalf of the Construction Director for a national Housebuilder based in Milton Keynes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing daily reports and correspondence.
• Updating build programmes on COINS
• Provide support to personal staff as needed.
• Maintain office supplies, including filing, printers, etc.
• Answer phone calls and take messages.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, scanning, etc.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding order status and delivery dates.
• Manage incoming mail and mail-out correspondence.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director or management.

The role will pay paying the equivilent to £28k on a day rate.

This is a temporary assignment initially, but has the potential to go to a permanent position for the right candidate.

Experience in a similar role is required but not necessarily in Construction, just must have strong experience in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel and desirably experience using COINS
