Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is looking for a new role in Manchester, with a leading Tier 1 Contractor?

This is a great opportunity to join an established contractor who have a healthy pipeline of prestigious projects and specialise in the commercial, healthcare, education, residential, sports & leisure sectors working on projects valued in excess of £100m.

The Role - Commercial Manager

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be a key part of the commercial team working on a large high rise development in Manchester. You will be reporting into the Commercial Manager who is overseeing the project and will take the lead on all commercial aspects of the project.

Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Cost and value management for project
• Financial reporting for project
• CVR's
• Preparing tenders
• Preparing forecasts
• Valuations
• Variations
• Final Accounts
• Value Engineering
