Priory Hospital Norwich focuses on adult acute services, and currently has one male and two female wards open. The aim of the hospital is to offer a high standard of patient centred care at all times whilst promoting a supportive and enjoyable work environment. Due to the 24 hour nature of the unit, our nurses benefit from 24 hour medical and management cover in order to support the team on the ward to offer consistently high quality care at all times. Job Advert Role Description Responding promptly to referrals undertaking assessments to determine and plan an effective therapy programme using appropriate and relevant treatments, activities and interventions. Managing an assigned caseload within agreed timescales ensuring regular interaction and communication with clients, professional colleagues and clinical staff. Leads on and co-ordinates professional and clinical colleagues, providing psychotherapeutic advice and guidance. Identifies, evaluates and implements new and improved methods, techniques and interventions based upon best practice and evidence-based research. The role holder is a member of the Multi-Disciplinary Team.
