The role 👩👨Â
We are recruiting a Finance Manager.Â
We are looking for a Finance Manager to be the point-person for reporting, financial controls and financial analysis, working directly with Director of Operations and Finance and the CFO (co-founder).Â
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a professional practice environment, preferably with an initial background in audit within a top firm. They should possess extensive experience in managing and interpreting unstructured data to produce precise outcomes across diverse subjects, and being able to establish solid, repeatable and automatable processes. A solid foundation in accounting and auditing is essential as well as demonstration of an operational acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.Â
This role presents a unique opportunity to gain direct experience in overseeing financial reporting for a portfolio of companies with a P&L exceeding €10 million and growing 100%+ this year. You will ensure that transactional finance processes scale, leveraging technology and process re-engineering. You will be accountable for cash flow management, tax compliance, timely and accurate reporting and other key financial control practices.
