Job description

A Credit Control role has arisen in the Accounting & Finance department. This role is based in Manchester City Centre and requires a team member who is skilled in chasing and collecting overdue debt whilst maintaining strong relationships.

Description

• Chase over due debt via telephone and email
• Update the system regarding debt and payments
• Raise queries to members of the team
• Issue copies of invoices and / or credit notes when required

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

• A background in Credit Control or Accounts.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive approach to problem solving and decision making.
