Your new company
You will be joining a fantastic company based in the centre of Bristol, as a Senior Pensions Administrator on a Temporary basis
Your new role - To support the team leads on various books of business
- Processing of client instructions to service standards set by the company at all times, maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating discretion
- Calculating BCE (capped & flexi), Age 75 test, death benefits along with benefit/GAD reviews
- Building effective relationships with clients and business introducers
- Informing managers, clients and financial intermediaries of specific matters or issues affecting their schemes and benefits, both actual or potential issues
- Ensuring that internally agreed KPI client deadlines, service standards and regulatory reporting requirements are met
- Proactively identify risk within the department and escalate concerns to Team Leader
What you\'ll need to succeed - At least 6 months SIPP or SSAS experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills
- Ability to take responsibility for own administration, including paperwork and filing
- Ability to explain complex information simply and clearly
- Experience of networking and establishing relationships with clients
- Strong teamworking capabilities
- Excellent time management skills
- Proven customer service skills
- Must be highly organised and self-motivated
- High level of numeracy and IT skills
- Discretion and an understanding of the need to maintain client confidentiality
- An ethical, professional and flexible approach to work
