Role: Mid-Weight Designer

Location: Tunbridge Wells, England, United Kingdom 

ROLE MISSION

Working in partnership with our client, the Mid-Weight Designer will take design projects from brief through to completion, providing new ideas and creativity whilst working closely within the client’s brand guidelines.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

• Take ownership and drive projects for the full design lifecycle, from concept to execution, whilst acting as a brand guardian for the client.
• Produce impactful creative design work based on a deep understanding of the client’s business, target audience and priorities.
• Create print/screen designs, social media assets, video storyboards, large format designs and various collateral for flagship campaigns confidently with a multi-channel mindset.
• Prepare final designs with meticulous attention to detail and drive for well-crafted work.
• Pitch creative solutions in response to design challenges.
• Oversee and manage the preparation of all finished files that will comply with the correct output specifications.

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL 

• A highly creative designer with the ability to take and positively influence client briefs with your own innovative ideas.
• Confident in bringing your own ideas and creativity to projects whilst working within a broad range of design guidelines across a variety of deliverables.
• Strong client liaison, with a proven track record of developing strong client relationships and a consistent record of taking, interpreting, and delivering design projects within agreed timeframes.
• Excellent working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• On and offline design experience.
• A passion for design and conception.
• Ability to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion.
• Ability to take, interpret and deliver design projects within agreed deadlines.
• Attention to detail with the ability to work under own initiative.
• Excellent experience working closely with clients from concept through to delivery.
• Experience in B2B communications is desired with the ability to move the needle and bring an appropriate level commercial thinking to a brand.
