Job role - Customer Service Advisor

Location - Southampton

Salary - £21,000

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a fast-growing technology business with offices located across the UK and they are looking for a Customer Service Advisor .

Role Responsibilities:

Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience within a customer service or call centre environment essential
* Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
* Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
* An eye for detail, taking pride in your work and willing to go the extra mile to ensure quality
* Good understanding of Outlook and IT/database systems
