The ideal Full Stack Developer will need to embrace the full spectrum of product development and self-improvement. Having willingness to help drive new feature development, contribute ideas, and motivation to solve novel problems, are all desirable characteristics. Having good communication and team-work skills are essential and enthusiasm to share knowledge with the rest of the team. There is a lot of emphasis on visual aesthetics and user experience, as well as technical best-practices and software engineering craftsmanship.
The ideal Full Stack Developer will need to have experience in a digital agency setting or similar, fast-paced environment. A solid understanding of modern full stack technologies and techniques ( NodeJS, Typescript, JavaScript, AWS, React, Redux, NextJS, Electron, MySQL, JIRA)
The Full Stack Developer position comes with the following benefits:

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 + Bonus + Pension + Benefits
