My client has a fantastic platform that can be used to run workspaces and to help operators to support and upscale their business to keep up with the industry that had started to flourish. The ideal Full Stack Developer will need to embrace the full spectrum of product development and self-improvement. Having willingness to help drive new feature development, contribute ideas, and motivation to solve novel problems, are all desirable characteristics. Having good communication and team-work skills are essential and enthusiasm to share knowledge with the rest of the team. There is a lot of emphasis on visual aesthetics and user experience, as well as technical best-practices and software engineering craftsmanship.

The ideal Full Stack Developer will need to have experience in a digital agency setting or similar, fast-paced environment. A solid understanding of modern full stack technologies and techniques ( NodeJS, Typescript, JavaScript, AWS, React, Redux, NextJS, Electron, MySQL, JIRA)

The Full Stack Developer position comes with the following benefits:

Location: Oxfordshire / Hybrid Working

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 + Bonus + Pension + Benefits
