STOCK CONTROLLER

SELFRIDGES, LONDON

FULL TIME, 37.5 HOURS A WEEK (DAY SHIFTS MONDAY-FRIDAY ALTHOUGH WEEKEND WORK MAY BE REQUIRED DURING BUSY PERIODS)

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Stock Controller will be responsible for supporting our Fragrance/Make-up/Skincare teams by managing deliveries and returns between store and warehouse. You will also be required to complete stock counts as well as any stock takes.

Your main focus :

• You will need to work with instore teams to ensure they are fully stocked, organisation will be key for this role.
• Health and safety adhered to and store procedures followed.
• Action any stock transfers between stores, ensure inventory is correct and process any deliveries and/or returns.
• Ensure regular counts and liaise with Loss Prevention team to ensure procedures are being adhered to.
• Prepare for and complete stocktakes as required.
• Support the sales teams in setting up in-store site activations and any counter moves.

The team consists of 4 Business Managers, 3 Assistant Business Managers and 14 BA's and you will work closely together with several departments such as National Accounts, Brand Teams and Area Manager. All your colleagues are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and exceeding sales targets. Working in the team, you will be part of the Coty family in London's Flagship store, providing crucial support to all 4 Brands.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a Stock Controller working in beauty retail, you have a passion for working as a team and have the ability to work with all levels of management. You get energy from working in a fast-paced and diverse environment.

Other than that, you:

• Relevant Stock experience
• Able to work both as a team or autonomously
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication, numeracy and literacy skills
• Experience in a previous multi brand position preferable
