Insight Recruitment Consultants are looking for an experienced Sous Chef for a an excellent hotel located south of Birmingham. This will be in a permanent, full time capacity, working 5 days out of 7 including evenings and weekends according to business demands.
You must have the following:
* Food Hygiene Certificate
* Experience of preparing, cooking, and serving fresh food within a mixture of hotel and restaurant settings.
* Ideally you will have experience of cooking woodfired Pizzas.
* Having your own transport is essential due to location and hours.
* Be able to use their skills and experience to enhance an established team further and to run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
We will speak with any upper level of chef, but a minimum Level 2 relevant qualification is a good start. Experience is essential.
