The company is a retail giant, seeking a VAT compliance expert to assist
The main duties are:
Preparation of Poland, Romanian, or other EU VAT returns and related filings (e.g. Intrastat, EC Sales List)
* P&L, balance sheet, and VAT reconciliations.
* Preparation of disclosures to Tax Authorities.
The role will give the candidate broad VAT compliance exposure and gain further knowledge in taxation, and use various tools including automation, PowerBI, and data analysis.
EU VAT experience is not essential but preferred.
