Job Title: Health and Social Care Assessor - Level 5
Location: Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel throughout Surrey and Croydon
Candidates must be flexible with travel when face-to-face visits are required.
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 + Excellent Bonus Scheme up to an additional £10,000 OTE (Depending on qualifications and experience)

Essential Criteria:
- Hold either a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA) or a Level 3 Teaching Qualification such as PTLLS / AET
- Ideally have experience of assessing full Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 3 or above.
- Must hold solid occupational experience within Health and Social Care at Management level.
- Must hold own Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care.
- Must have a good level of ICT skills.
- Hold own Functional Skills Maths and English at Level 2, or GCSE equivalents.
- Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel and also remote home working.
Duties include:
- Assess and support learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 5.
- Support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
- Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, learner recruitment, quality paperwork and general administration.

- Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
- Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners.
