Key Requirements:Experience working as a BIM Coordinator
Proficiency and strong knowledge in Revit is essential for this position
Experience working on medium to large scale projects (85% of this companies projects are within Infrastructure across the UK and Middle East)
Managing and facilitating the implementation of BIM processes within a project.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among various stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to BIM standards, protocols, and guidelines established for the project.
Resolve clashes and conflicts within the BIM models, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Oversee the creation, maintenance, and management of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.

Develop and execute BIM implementation plans based on project requirements and goals. Collaborate with project teams to integrate BIM into workflows effectively.
Provide training and support to project team members on BIM tools, processes, and workflows.
Foster a BIM-aware culture among team members.
Manage BIM data, including the exchange of information between different software platforms and project stakeholders.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across the BIM models.
Stay informed about the latest BIM technologies and tools and assess their potential for enhancing project efficiency.
Act as a mediator to resolve conflicts arising from BIM-related issues among different project stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with relevant BIM-related standards, regulations, and codes.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of BIM processes, workflows, and decisions made throughout the project.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with BIM implementation, ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget.
Resolve clashes and conflicts within the BIM models, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Salary range £45,000 - £52,000 per annum
