Data Analyst

My client is looking for a proficient data analyser, to aid in the day to day running of their company to assist in data collection to present to the relevant departments to assist in their decision-making processes.

The successful candidate with be working directly with heads of department and directors to help make decisions on what additional products the company will stock, along with monitoring KPIs and performance data of staff.

We are looking for a self-motivated team player who will be an integral part of decisions for the company based on the data they capture, that they present in a logical manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract quotes, sales orders, purchasing, and repair reports from Pentagon, ILS, and all parts listing services, analysing them to identify clear trends and target necessary stock.
• Compile reports on staff quoting, RFQ entry, repairs, and purchases in a coherent format for assessment by directors, including store figures, all contributing to KPI evaluation and staff performance assessment.
• Generate reports on spare parts shortages (minimum stock values) to provide feedback to the Commercial Director and Purchasing Manager.
• Create price lists for low-value consumables for potential auto-quoting of these spares through platforms like Rotabull and Aeroxchange, with annual reviews for updates.
• Input received RFQs into the system for processing.
• Monitor and participate in all free searches for aircraft teardowns, reporting findings to the Commercial Director upon aircraft availability.

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience within a similar role.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Strong IT Skills including all Microsoft Applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative.
• A “can do” attitude with a positive, patient, and assertive nature.
