Job description
Vector are recruiting for a Operations Co-ordinator for a rapidly growing Drainage & Plumbing company in Dorset.
Responsibilities: - Handling a substantial volume of new inbound enquiries through phone calls, live chat, and contact forms.
- Facilitating payments from customers over the phone.
- Efficiently addressing and resolving inbound complaints.
- Managing a comprehensive diary of customers and jobs to better understand customer requirements.
- Handling a vast amount of job data, applying tasks as needed.
- Managing the inbound email inbox, directing inquiries to the appropriate channels, and handling customer service-related communications.
- Ensuring the adherence to quality control standards in every job.
- Conducting audits on engineers' job reports to verify compliance with all job requirements.
- Creating and issuing survey reports.
- Undertaking general administrative tasks as required.
R equirements:
- Excellent communication and phone handling skills.
- Proficiency in using Excel, Word, PDFs, CRM systems, etc.
- Previous experience in a similar customer service role.
- The ability to interact professionally, calmly, and tactfully with customers.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Salary:
- £30,000 - £32,000
- Monday to Friday
- Pension
- 28 days Holiday
