Positioned within the Maintenance department, this role is crucial for enhancing operational efficiency and sustainability, managing utilities like air compressors, refrigeration, and wastewater treatment to support the plant's eco-friendly initiatives.

Title: Site Services Engineer

Location: Kettering, NN15 5YT

Type: Permanent Role

Salary: Upto £51K + shift allowance of £2950

Shift: Panama Shift Pattern

Skills Required:

• Experience in industrial utility management.
• Engineering or maintenance qualifications.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
• Strong communication skills: ability to work independently and in a team.
• Physical fitness for active duties.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor plant utilities and wastewater treatment.
• Conduct safety compliance and routine site service tasks.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors for utility services.
• Uphold quality and food safety procedures.
