Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in the heart of Central London? We're on the lookout for a dynamic Facilities Supervisor to join our clients passionate team and play a key part in elevating our clients FM services to new heights.

What's In Store for You:

As a Facilities Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, assisting the Facilities Manager and FM Strategy Lead in delivering a proactive and solution-focused approach to our clients operations.

Your Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Vendor Collaboration: Liaise with vendors and suppliers, arranging site visits and obtaining quotes to ensure top-notch services.

Reporting Excellence: Assist in producing and collating reports for management, contributing to informed decision-making.

Safety and Security Management: Play a vital role in managing H&S and Security projects, ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Operational Efficiency: Work on developing operational efficiencies within the FM function, making a lasting impact on our overall performance.

Team Management: Take charge in the absence of Facilities Manager, managing the FM team and Maintenance team efficiently.

Effective Communication: Communicate seamlessly with staff and suppliers, addressing queries and requests with finesse.

What We Expect From You:

• A minimum of 3 years of proven facilities management experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

• Previous experience in property or retail sectors would give you an edge.

• Familiarity with digital CAFM or helpdesk systems is highly preferred.

• A relevant qualification/certification in Facilities Management or a related field is desirable.

• Build strong internal and external relationships with effective communication skills.

• Be proficient in MS Office skills, particularly Excel.

• Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and a high level of organisational proficiency.

• Be a great team player comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
