Job description

Reporting to the CTO, you will be responsible for:

• Define strategic technology plan ensuring alignment with global marketing plan
• Assisting Chief Technology Officer in developing and defining company's strategic direction, product development, and future growth plans for its Printed Electronics Business
• Lead Material Development group of the Printed Electronic division
• Responsible for the supplier selection and the implementation of new materials into Printed Electronic products
• Creation of task book, specifications documents as well as material release documentation
• Guide the Material Development Laboratory by implementing accordingly if required any new material testing method
• Establishing & identifying innovative projects to meet customer requirements & exploit market inefficiencies
• Establish technical standards and ensure adherence to them for product development and company operations
• Playing key role in technology transfer to the company from the technology partners in order to build their own products using their knowhow
• Knowledge transfer, prototype & scale up for new product development to manufacturing.
