Job description

Job title: Dispute Resolution Associate, Guildford

Salary: £50,000-£60,000

PQE Level: 1-3 PQE

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

You will be joining an innovative and well-respected Legal 500 and Chambers rated firm in their highly regarded dispute resolution team. As an associate, you will be working closely with the entire disputes division on a range of contentious matters. Our client is rapidly growing due to work rising year on year and needs a high quality dispute resolution associate to support going forward.

At the heart of the planning team, you will be responsible for:

• Working with corporates, investors, financial institutions, creditors and other stakeholders.
• Working on:Shareholder disputesIT/Tech disputesProperty DisputesSupporting the growth of more junior individuals alongside dealing with your own caseload. To be considered for this role you will:
• Have impressive knowledge of a variety of disputes and their processes.
• Be able to apply practical knowledge to commercial business issues.
• Have excellent communication and client care skills
• Have client-facing experience
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
