Mobile Building Services Engineer Plumbing – Peterborough – Up to £35K

THE CLIENT:

My client are a family run firm who are entering their 46th year of trading! With 3 divisions in the company they are continually growing from strength to strength, The 3 divisions being Electrical contracting department, Interior fit out, and Building services. They currently stand at 15 engineers strong with all of the Managers/ Directors being ex engineers.

THE JOB:

My client are seeking a building services plumber engineer to carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and reactive repairs to building services within commercial & industrial buildings and factory environments.

Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm 40 hour weeks

- Carry out plumbing breakdowns and repairs to industry standards
- Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices.
- Identify any defects found to Line Manager and provide parts list and estimated timescale to carry out remedial works.
- Attend site and carry out reactive repairs as instructed by administration team.
- To undertake minor plumbing installation works.
- Ensure the provision of a Safe & Healthy working environment.
- Maintain the professional image of the Leeton Group of companies
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all Leeton employees and clients’ representatives.

ABOUT YOU:

- Level 2 Plumbing Qualifications (NVQ/C&G) (ESSENTIAL)
- IPAF (MEWB 1A & 3B) (Desirable)
- PASMA (Desirable)
- Level 3 Plumbing (Desirable)
- Unvented Hot Water Cylinders (Desirable)

SALARY & PACKAGE:

- £30,000 - £32,000 depending on experience
- Van and fuel card + Travel
- 22 + BH
- WEEKLY PAY!
- Call out rota (TBC)
- Training and progression
