Site Manager (Dublin Based Project) RMC

Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Newry, Northern Ireland (Head office) Project based in Dublin
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum

Join a well-established Building Contractor with nearly four decades of expertise in diverse construction sectors throughout Ireland and the UK. Our client is actively seeking a skilled Site Manager for a permanent position on an upcoming project based in North Co. Dublin.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and engineering management for various residential projects.
- Manage site resources and lead groundworks packages.
- Offer commercial and technical input, collaborating with the Civil & Structural Design Team.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Oversee setting out coordination, levelling duties, and ensure alignment with design construction drawings.
- Proficiency in reading steel rebar schedules and take-offs in line with the project program.
- Collaborate closely with the Site Manager and Contracts Manager for efficient project life cycle management.
Requirements:
- Proficient in setting out and levelling equipment.
- Minimum 3 years of site management experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D modelling packages.
- First aider trained with relevant CSR/CSCS accreditation to Site Manager Level.
- Ability to work independently and on initiative.
- Self-motivated with dedication to meeting weekly and monthly targets.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and industry-specific software.
- Experience in precast concrete residential projects.
- Familiarity with Irish Water regulations and compliance legislations.
- Valid driving license.
- A driven individual with a clear sight of career progression.
