About the Role: Cover Supervisor As a Cover Supervisor, you will oversee classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that learning continues smoothly. You will manage the classroom environment, deliver pre-prepared lessons, and support students in their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities: Cover Supervisor - Supervise classes and ensure that students are engaged in their learning.
- Follow the lesson plans provided by teachers and deliver them effectively.
- Manage student behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Provide support and assistance to students as needed.
- Communicate effectively with teaching staff to ensure continuity in learning.
Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a classroom and maintain discipline.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different subject areas and with different age groups.
- Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
- A passion for education and supporting students in their learning journey.
