Job description

We are looking for a landscape operative to join our national award winning company, specialising in private garden design-and-build projects, predominantly in Kent.
The role offers the satisfaction of involvement from start to finish in the process of building beautiful, high quality gardens, working within both hard and soft landscaping disciplines.
The successful applicant will have:
*A full driving licence and own transport (to get to our yard at Chartham Hatch near Canterbury)
*Some experience of landscaping, gardening, ground-works or construction (in a commercial/professional working environment - not your own garden). If you have worked for a builder or ground worker your application would be considered.
*An aptitude for physical, sometimes strenuous work in the full range of weathers.
*A personable manner
*A desire to work within a small friendly team creating high quality landscapes. * Some driving of a 3.5 tonne vehicle may be involved subject to eligibility.
Shortlisted applicants will be offered an informal telephone interview initially and a personal interview to follow for final shortlisted candidates.
