Domestic Maintenance Plumber

Salary: Up to £31,000 per year

Responsibilities:
- Conducting plumbing repairs and installations in residential properties owned by the housing association.
- Diagnosing and fixing plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and faulty fixtures.
- Installing and repairing domestic heating systems.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with tenants.
Requirements:
- Qualified plumber with relevant certifications.
- Proven experience in domestic plumbing maintenance and repairs.
- Clean driving licence.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
