Job description
You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the Kent and Medway People Strategy 2023 2028 by providing project leadership to programmes of work which will make Kent and Medway a great place to work and learn. The post holder will plan, support, manage and coordinate workforce projects and related work packages using various change and project management techniques. The role will include working with key stakeholders across partner organisations to plan and deliver agreed programmes of work, providing project methodology and supporting delivery against KPIs and within agreed milestones. The post holder will play a key role in managing the reporting requirements of the relevant workstreams/work packages within the People Directorate, including reporting to external bodies such as NHS England.
