Job Details:

• Exciting Opportunity: Architectural Design Coordinator
• Location: Toome, Northern Ireland
• Weekly Hours: 40.5 hours, Monday to Thursday 8 am to 5 pm, Friday 8 am to 3 pm.
• Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (Depending on Experience)

We are actively seeking an Architectural Design Coordinator to join our client’s team and contribute to the advancement of their design department. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of new Off-Site Building Projects.
• Implement and Manage BIM on all projects.
• Translate concepts into production-ready designs.
• Liaise with senior management and stakeholders.
• Conduct client visits and market research on contemporary off-site construction methods.
• Engage in problem-solving and innovation.
• Review and prepare design drawings.
• Manage project design.

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a RIBA qualification.
• Ideally, possesses 5+ years post-qualification experience.
• Proficient in Autodesk REVIT and BIM.
• Methodical, self-motivated, and proactive in design and problem-solving.
• Effective collaborator and team player.
• Extensive knowledge of UK and Ireland Building Regulations, planning legislation, sustainability initiatives.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for aesthetics and architectural sectors.
• Holds a valid UK driving license.
