ABOUT THE ROLE
The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, organizing, managing, and analysing data to support decision-making and drive business outcomes, as well as continuously improving their processes and automating steps where possible to increase efficiency.
They will work closely with the Reporting and Insight Analysts as well as our individual Centres of Excellence and our Strategic Partner Cognizant to ensure that data is accurate, reliable, functional, and readily available.
Together with the R&I Analysts, they will deliver a comprehensive overview of end-to-end service performance and customer experience. As a crucial member of the team, the Data Aggregator will play a pivotal role in achieving this goal.
Key responsibilities in this role will include:
