Housing/Development Associate 2+ PQE - Leeds
A leading national firm seeks an experienced Residential Development Associate to join their successful team in Leeds. This is a great opportunity to join a specialist team involved in some of the region's high profile and significant residential led developments.

The Opportunity:
The successful candidate will join an established and successful team specialising in residential development work. As a part of this team, you will learn from an outstanding team of lawyers and work closely with Partners to enhance their offering to developers, advising residential developers on land acquisitions, site assembly, planning, construction, development funding, disposals, estate management and related issues.
The team are involved in some of the most significant residential led developments in the region and you will be given the opportunity to play a key part in these projects. This is an interesting and varied workload, coupled with excellent career prospects.
What they're looking for:
* Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE
* Ideally experience gained in residential development land acquisitions, although general development experience would also be useful
* A genuine team player with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
* The ability to work to challenging time scales and plan and organise effectively
* Strong attention to detail.
The successful candidate can expect to be offered a competitive salary in the region of £50k upwards depending on experience. As well as hybrid working and a range of other benefits including pension scheme, bonus scheme and a range of flexible benefits such as life assurance, holiday purchase.
