One of my clients an award-winning distributer are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team.
Duties of Purchase Ledger Clerk;
* Matching Suppliers Invoices to the Goods received
* Ensuring the price paid matches the purchase order price
* Processing expense invoices, ensuring correct nominal coding and correct authorisation of the cost
* Checking and reconciling supplier statements.
* Ensuring that suppliers are paid in line with terms and the company's payment policies
* Detailed analysis of employee expense claims
* Admin Support to Credit Control function
* Answering the telephone
* Adhoc administrative duties as and when required
