Job description

Perfect Reception is a fast growing business located in the centre of Gravesend. We perform a multitude of other company's reception and admin tasks. Our main services are professional telephone answering or managed live chat for them.
Candidates will need the following skills;
Ability to multi-task,
Good memory for client information,
Clear telephone voice,
Computer literacy,
Strong English literacy skills.

All training will be given, however experience that would be ideal is the following;
Previous experience in managing calls, and or live chats.
Social media and LinkedIn experience even if personal.
