Your new role
This is a new role, joining a collaborative team of 10, reporting to the Planning & Scheduling Senior. This role will be responsible for operational efficiency and supporting engineers. Ensuring the engineers are aware of their daily jobs and everything needed to complete these jobs. You will be responsible for effective day-to-day coordination of engineers and allocation of daily emergencies. Duties include but not limited to:

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this job, you will need previous customer services and administrative experience with the ability to multitask and manage a varied workload. You will be working towards SLA's and hitting KPIs within your team. You will need to be confident, with a keen eye for detail, great IT skills and the ability to learn new processes and systems quickly.
