Sales and Services Officer

£20 Umbrella P/H

We are currently looking for a Sales and Services Officer for a role in a Sutton. The Sales and Services Officer must be able to let and manage garage and parking space lettings and collect rent from tenants and leaseholders in a local authority/social housing organisation. Must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities:

? Manage income collection from garages and parking spaces.
? Maintain waiting lists and let vacant garages and parking spaces promptly
? Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for the uptake of garages using a variety of media.
? Inspect and monitor garage and parking spaces sites to monitor standards and repairs, making recommendations for maintenance and improvements. Reporting issues to the Repairs Team and liaising with Maintenance Surveyors where appropriate.
? Liaise and work with neighbourhood staff to deal with ASB at garage sites.
? Participate in team initiatives including occasional evening and Saturday working for which time off in lieu will be given.
? Respond to correspondence, telephone calls, emails and complaints in accordance with SHP service standards.
? Work with all SHP staff to cover essential customer services as necessary.
? Participate in estate walkabouts.
? Attend meetings with the Council and external agencies and resident forums
