Job description
The Recruitment Co are recruiting on behalf of our well established client based in Bromborough.
Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Customer Service Advisor to work within their busy team to help assist with incoming sales enquiries and drive business opportunities.
Salary:
£23,000 – £28,000 per annum (DOE)
Responsibilities of the role:
- Handling incoming sales enquiries Preparing quotations and updating CRM system Developing existing relationships with key customers/accounts
- Processing online administration
- Losing with Freight Carries
- Offer exceptional customer service through all channels of communication
Requirements:
- Experience working within a B2B sales role or a B2B Customer Service
- Good Numeracy and Literacy Skills (Highly Desirable)
- Online administration experience (Desirable)
- Self Motivated
- Team Oriented
