Up £75,000 (D.O.E)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a background in civil engineering for a very reputable civils contractor.
We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, with a background in civils. The contractors specialise in delivering civil engineering projects and frameworks including infrastructure, highways, water, rail, structures, public realm etc for a range of private clients and local authorities.
My client is very keen on looking after their employees and offering work life balance.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have overall commercial responsibility on the project including the production of valuations, cost value reports, measurements, subcontract procurement and payment, final accounting, cash collections, and production of forecasts (with the site team).
A strong general civil engineering background will be essential for all these positions, due to a wide variety of civil engineering elements on the scheme which include earthworks, highways, deep drainage, s278’s, footways and culverts.
Criteria:
• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or relevant experience
• Experience as Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Experience working for Regional Contractor
• Experience working on civil engineering or infrastructure schemes
Salary & Package:
• Up to £75,000 per annum (D.O.E)
• Car or Car Allowance
