This Milton Keynes Accountancy Practice acts for a very wide range of clients across varying industries and sectors from sole traders, partnerships and limited company, OMBs, SMEs up well into the £millions of turnover on larger clients. Job Description
The key responsibilities for this Tax Advisor opportunity based in Milton Keynes include work of a technical nature for example:
- Tax advisory reports, covering a wide variety of tax specific topics
- IHT computations
- EIS/SEIS applications - Seed Enterprise investment scheme
- Share restructuring projects
- Embedded Capital Allowance claims
- Land Remediation Relief claims
- Company reorganisation projects
- Personal tax reviews
- Communicating with clients on technical tax matters
- Assist team members with research into other technical areas
- Work with junior members of the team to provide technical support
The Successful Applicant
For this Tax Advisor opportunity you will have/be:
- Relevant professional qualification, for example CTA and/or, ACCA, ACA, CA, ATT
- High level of tax technical knowledge of the UK tax system
- Proven experience in client handling and managing a busy portfolio
- Excellent communication skills in a range of situations both written and oral
