Job description
To provide clinical leadership in general paediatrics, Neonatal care and lead for Paediatric diabetes services in PCH. Sustain and develop diabetes services within CTMUHB collaborating closely with the all Wales diabetes network Provision of supervision of junior medical staff. Participate in the postgraduate and undergraduate teaching programme. Participate in clinical governance issues, which include medical audit and research. Participate in the consultant of the week system for general paediatrics at a frequency of 1:8 weeks. Participate in the consultant of the week system for Neonatal unit, 4 to 5 / year Provide on call off-site Consultant cover 1:9 frequency
