We are looking for a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our team on a full time basis. This is a hybrid role with 3 days of face to face onsite clinic and 2 days working from home on a virtual physio service. When onsite, you will be working with one of IPRS Health’s clients in their Occupational Health Department. This role requires the successful applicant to use their MSK skills and background to provide the clients staff with necessary treatment while delivering a biopsychosocial approach and developing enhanced clinical reasoning through clinical report checking and audit. There is an occupational health aspect to the role too. The virtual provision will be working from home and allows for a good variety in the role and to enhance skills in various aspects of physiotherapy.

Responsibilities

· You will be writing initial assessment, follow up and discharge reports, liaising with the client and attending site meetings. You may be required to write DSE reports and functional assessment reports.

· You will also be working from a clinic providing face-face assessments and treatments.

· You will assess/treat from home remotely (subject to change) as well as form the clinic.

· An excellent opportunity to provide occupational health biased reports as well as provide first class musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy assessments and treatments to patients, plus provide Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessments. You will form a part of the onsite and virtual clinical team ands will be integrated into both teams.

To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following:

Qualifications: Physiotherapy Degree

Experience: Minimum 3 years post graduate

Knowledge: Musculoskeletal physiotherapy

Desired Requirements: Experience in Occupational Health Physiotherapy.

Essential Requirement: High quality written report writing ability.

The candidate will be able to manage their own caseload in a physiotherapy clinic, with support from other colleagues remotely. They will have experience in working in a musculoskeletal clinic to provide assessments and treatments. They will also be required at times to deliver functional capacity assessments and DSE desk assessments. The successful candidate will be a part of the IPRS Health clinical team. They will be able to complete reports within KPI and will be involved and have support in client discussions to provide the best service possible while helping promote and expand the service.
