Construction Project Manager

This is your opportunity to join an award-winning specialist contracting company who are seeking for a Project Manager (Construction) to join their growing company on a permanent full-time basis

Duties:

• Continuously monitor progress and take steps to ensure the completion date is met.
• Develop project plans and ensure the necessary resources are organized to meet the plan. 
• Develop project budgets and ensure the project is delivered within that budget
• Ensure that all work is carried out to the client’s specifications.
• Ensure that the project resources are effectively managed.
• Liaise with clients and their agents to ensure inquiries are handled
• Ensure contractual conditions are adhered to
• Monitor the financial performance of the project
• Proactively develop relationships with clients.
• Other adhoc duties

About you:

• Previous experience of working in a similar role – Ideally within construction/ fitout.
