The Role:
We are currently seeking an ambitious and energetic Sales Development Representative to join our vibrant sales team. This pivotal role focuses on creating new business opportunities by engaging prospective clients and generating interest in our services and products. Through strategic outreach, you will play an essential role in our sales process, connecting with key decision-makers, and setting the stage for successful sales conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and outreach to potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
- Qualify leads by gauging interest and determining the potential fit for our offerings.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and our sales team.
- Maintain and update customer information and interactions in our CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities.

Salary & Benefits:
- Starting salary: £23,500 - £25,000 per annum, plus commission.
- Realistic OTE of £30,000+ based on performance.

Schedule:
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Monday to Friday.
Location: Based in Warrington, we would require candidates to have access to their own vehicle as commuting to the office on public transport is quite difficult.
