As part of the dynamic fundraising team, you’ll play a key role in developing and delivering digital strategies that make a real difference.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Refine and execute a digital strategy for sustainable growth, donor engagement, and retention.
• Plan and optimize omnichannel digital fundraising campaigns, leveraging SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media.
• Enhance the donor journey through effective investment in CRO/UX.
• Collaborate with the Communications team to create compelling digital content and oversee impactful fundraising emails.
• Monitor, measure, and report digital fundraising performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies.

Experience Required:

• Proven digital fundraising experience with a focus on growth, engagement, and retention.
• Track record of CRO/UX success and securing paid-for digital and social media campaigns.
• Experience with B2B social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
• Experience of developing and implementing digital marketing promotions plans, delivering them on time and on budget.
