Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive
An opportunity has arisen for a 4+ year experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/ILEX to work for a growing law firm based on the Isle of Wight. This is a key role where my client is an established, highly respected law firm who are looking for either a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join this busy department.
You will have the ability to run and manage a full caseload of files from instruction through to post completion, with minimum supervision, dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties. Ideally, you will be 4+ years’ experience and be responsible for managing your own caseload and help develop the department.
