Primary Mentor
Successful candidates will become members of the Primary team, within a innovative educational hub in the heart of Dubai where Creativity, Initiative & wellbeing coming first. At Citizens School, we call all of our teachers Mentors because we believe in focusing on learning rather than teaching.
Primary Mentor work in conjunction with the Head of Primary to ensure that the curriculum is broad, sequential and relevant, taking account of all learners in their care. Primary Mentor will place the highest importance on the well-being of all students, ensuring excellent levels of pastoral support and encouragement of every child.
Mentors will model the values of Citizens School and create a culture where all members of the community learn, thrive and collaborate, ensuring all individuals are empowered and nurtured, as Citizens School becomes known as a centre of excellence.

Requirements :
A university degree related to the role;
A recognised teaching qualification;
Fluency in English;
Preferably at least two years teaching experience in an international setting;
Previous experience working with students for whom English is not their first language;
Recent and consistent involvement in cocurricular activities;
Proof of suitability for working with children (background check documentation).
