Job description
Proven experience as a Part 2/3 or Architectural Technologist.
Solid background in retail projects desired, or medium to large scale projects
Everyday in-office presence in Hertfordshire to foster a collaborative and engaging work environment
Familiarity with UK building regulations and a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Revit software
Comprehensive knowledge of RIBA stages 0-5, or demonstrable experience working across most of these stages
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with a team to contribute to the successful delivery of retail-focused projects
Utilise your expertise in Revit to create accurate and detailed architectural drawings
Navigate and ensure compliance with building regulations throughout the project lifecycle
Work collaboratively within the RIBA stages 0-5, contributing your skills to all aspects of the architectural process
