Contracts Manager
Joshua Robert and I are excited to be working with a Birmingham based housing assosiation to recruit for an experienced contracts manager.
The individual will be tasked on the delivery of adaptations to existing social housing and supported living properties.
The business has over 900 jobs, and the successful candidate will be expected to deliver £1.5 million pounds worth of adaptaions per year.
A proven track record of delivering these types of projects in this environment and an ability to spin multiple plates, liaise with clients, contractors and key stakeholders will be essential.
