Job description
The Business Support Operations Administrator is part of the Business Support team and will take direction from and is accountable to the Administration Manager, liaising, co-ordinating and communicating with Finance, Sales and Operations teams.
The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities that contribute to the smooth functioning of the company. You will be handling incoming calls, accurately documenting potential opportunities, updating the service matrix with contracts, meticulously reviewing reports, and effectively managing your tasks. Additionally, you will be assisting with client queries, organising and maintaining service sheets and logbooks, coordinating courier collections, and ensuring that all company procedures and policies are followed diligently.
Attending meetings and maintaining a high level of professionalism are also essential parts of this role. Your diligent approach to health and safety protocols, attention to detail in paperwork, and willingness to take on additional activities will make you an invaluable member of the team. Most importantly, you will be representing the company with integrity and professionalism, building strong relationships both internally and externally.
This role will be based from our Hemel Hempstead office Monday - Friday.Benefits
