Main Purpose of Job Provide our Consulting team with proactive and professional support to facilitate smooth communication and effective execution of projects. They will ensure efficiency of daily office operations, completing tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Main Responsibilities
- Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, email, notetaking during meetings, and sending/receiving of letters and packages.
- Scheduling appointments and organising meetings by coordinating diaries for multiple individuals.
- Providing office guests with a hospitable experience and overseeing catering and refreshments.
- Supervise the maintenance of office areas, office supplies inventory, and facilities.
- Performing data entry to keep client records and company databases up to date.
- Interact with IT, phone and building personnel as needed.
- Assisting the events team with creation of travel itineraries and meeting dossiers ahead of business trips.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
- A polite, friendly and outgoing personality.
- Accuracy & attention to detail.
Desirable Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Experience working in an office environment.
- Experience working with colleagues or businesses in different time zones.
- Enthusiasm and passion for board games, card games and role-playing games.
Education & Qualifications - Preferably educated to A-level standard or higher
- High written standard of English.
