About Secret Mode

Secret Mode is the publishing wing of the award-winning Sumo Group Ltd. Our goal is to publish internally developed projects from any of Sumo Group's 19 game development studios across the UK, Canada, Europe, and India, as well as third party independent game developers. We believe that games are for everyone, and that creativity has no limits. We believe quality and fun are everything.

Day in the life of a Performance Marketing Manager:

As our Performance Marketing Manager, you'll craft, manage, and optimise impactful paid media campaigns for our games! You will work with specialised agencies as well as our very own Product Marketing Manager to align strategies with Go-To-Market plans, ensuring that the work you do is integral to our success!

As the internal champion of paid media trends, you'll bring your analytical prowess to provide data-driven direction and reports, amplifying the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. Your role extends to seamless coordination with external agencies, from briefing to delivery, ensuring our campaigns hit the mark. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in fostering internal alignment between Secret Mode's vibrant marketing and publishing teams, contributing to our unified strategies.

Please note, this is a hybrid role that will require you to work from our studio in Leamington on a weekly basis.

What you need to do this job:

• Prior experience in paid media/performance marketing roles in the games or entertainment industry.

• Ability to take ownership and responsibility for paid media campaign planning.

• Experience utilising project management tools.

• Experience working with paid media agencies or previous experience as part of a paid media agency.

• Ability to make decisions based on data and KPIs and to pivot campaigns to maximise efficiency.

• A passion for games and a knowledge of gaming culture and digital trends.
