Job description
AM2PM Erdington is looking for Customer Services Representative for one our prestigious clients in Minworth.
The pay rate is £25k-£27k per annum
Shifts are Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM
Our client is a leading automotive company.
Handle daily customer communication via phone, email and customer portal.
Secondly, maintaining customer schedules to ensure targets scores are maintained.
Thirdly, maintaining customer portals, manage shipping dates and dispute points loss with the customer.
Fourth, liaising with production planning to prioritise customer requirements and provide a feedback loop to the customer.
Fifth, daily generations of pick lists for shipments for customers.
Sixth, collaborate and work with the relevant departments.
Lastly, visit customers upon request.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a manufacturing/customer services environment and previous automotive experience or tier 1 exposure is required. Required skills also include a proficiency with computers, specifically Microsoft Office / Excel, and the use of integrated MRP /ERP system. Personal qualities should include excellent communication skills across all levels both verbal and written.
As shown above, the payrate is £25k-£27k per annum
Job is Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM.
This role starts as temporary position but has the potential to become permanent based on performance after probation period ends.
