Job Title: Receptionist/Executive Admin Coordinator
Reporting to: Group Head of Executive Support
Location: Windsor

Job scope:
The Receptionist/Executive Admin Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Group Head of Executive support/Group Property Executive with the administration of all property and general admin tasks
Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Office Manager with general office management such as (but not exhaustive)
- Booking meeting rooms and logging information for the Windsor Support Centre
- Ordering, collecting and delivering corporate lunches to the meeting rooms as required in Windsor
- Scheduling car parking Rota for the Windsor Support Centre
- Opening post and disseminating to the relevant recipient.
- Ordering stationery and general supplies for the Windsor Support Centre
- Answering calls to the Windsor Support Centre
- Covering the reception desk in Windsor.
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the Windsor Support Centre, ensuing they are signed in, and any relevant checks are completed.
- Assist with event organising for Summer and Christmas events and the National Managers’ Conference as required
- Collating large mail merge information and ensuring delivered appropriately
- Binding board packs
- Assisting EA with scanning, photocopying, signature requests from Directors
- Answering and distributing the enquiries inboxes.
- Supporting with completion of manager statements
- Completion of Exit Interviews and completion of tracker, ensuring any issues are highlighted to the relevant Regional Director/Divisional Director
- Supporting some of the Operational Teams with note taking etc. as required.
- Supporting on Property related tasks as required.
